Thrifty thursdays #2 the california raisins board game

California Raisins Board Game

Yesterday was a lovely day in Portland, so I led a field trip of SellerEngine employees armed with Profit Bandit down to our local Goodwill.

We started off scanning books and boy, did we not find anything at all. We thought we found a score when we came across a stack of shrink-wrapped photography books that were selling for nearly $75 in new conditionProducts can only be listed on Amazon if... More. Unfortunately, on closer inspection, the books weren’t in great shape after all and had just been re-shrinkwrapped. At least we noticed before buying them.

Then we moved on to my favorite section, toys and games. A couple of resellers (although not carrying smart phones) barely beat me to a like-new copy of Star Wars Trivial Pursuit. They excitedly said that it had all its pieces!

Finally though, we found something worth buying! The California Raisins board game for only $1.00! In pretty good shape and with all its parts and instructions — this has profit written all over it.

While we were scanning, one of our phones was having trouble getting a reception in the store, so we used Profit Bandit’s batch scan mode to quickly scan a bunch of barcodes. Then we moved to a different part of the store or even ducked outside for a minute where we could get a signal and then quickly reviewed the profit for each scan that we had made.

How do you think I did this week? Like our Facebook Page and leave a comment on this week’s Facebook Post to be entered into this week’s drawing for a free copy of Profit Bandit and to be eligible to win the $100 Amazon Gift Card that we’re giving away the end of the year.

I was considering purchasing Profit Bandit. I have an Android. I was reading posts, so a person selling on on Amazon with an individual account cannot use Profit Bandit? I have the professional at $39.99.

    Thanks,
    Debbie

      Hi Debbie!

A Pro Merchant account is required to use Profit Bandit, and you can even get your first month free! You should read more about it on this blog post:

      https://blog.SellerEngine.com/2012/08/why-become-a-pro-merchant/

Amazon has required pro merchant accounts to access their API, which is how Profit Bandit retrieves order and listing information. If you’d like to know more, email us at support@profitbanditapp.com
