In order to continue using Profit Bandit (and other 3rd-party applications), you’ll need to have a Pro Merchant account.
I have heard from several Profit Bandit users who do not have Pro accounts and thought I would take this chance to encourage all sellers to consider becoming Pro Merchants.
- Discounted Selling – If you’re averaging over one sale per a day, you’re losing money by not being a Pro Merchant. Pro Sellers pay $39.99 a month but do not have to pay the $.99 fixed closing fee that is applied to every sale.
- Create Product Pages – If you scout with Profit Bandit and ever find items that aren’t in the Amazon catalog, you’ll wish you were a Pro Merchant. As a Pro Seller, you’ll be able to create product pages. This can be really useful, especially if you want to create product bundles.
- Compete for the Buy Box – If you’re interested in competing for the Buy Box, you need to start by becoming a featured merchant. And Pro Merchant status is a requirement for becoming a featured merchant. Once you’re a Pro Merchant review these guidelines to see how else you can improve your chances of becoming a featured merchant.
- Access to Marketplace Web Services – MWS is what will make Profit Bandit and other apps work.
Becoming a Pro Merchant makes it easier for you to grow as a seller. You’ll have access to inventory reports, the ability to create promotions and more.
It’s an investment in yourself and your business.
