Automation doesn’t fix everything

Owning or working for a small business owner is the most exhilarating and creative way to spend your life. Entrepreneurs are passionate about their businesses and have inspiring (and often hilarious) stories about the path that led them to their current industry.  I’ve heard stories of Amazon sellers who started selling used books and then added vacuums and then womens’ stockings (a path that could seem strange to anyone outside the Amazon seller community).

Many sellers who first listed books on Amazon, perhaps while living out of their car, found success through creative solutions used to overcome common impediments. For the entrepreneur, challenges drive innovation. Their day is not over until the problem is solved, making everyday more awesome than the last.

Sometimes those challenges can be hard to solve alone. As a small or one-person team, sharing knowledge collectively is required to succeed. One drawback of owning a small business is that you are in a position of knowing something about everything, but not everything about something.  Events like the Seller’s Conference (SCOE) and the Amazon forums are popular because they facilitate shared learning. Sellers are able to trade specialized knowledge and overcome business challenges together.

For over 10 years employees at SellerEngine have coached, supported and help discover solutions for Amazon sellers.  Our greatest asset is the people we employ. They are passionate about helping our customers find solutions and have the experience and resources to resolve even the toughest challenge.

All software has occasional bugs. At SellerEngine our software developers work around the clock to incorporate your feedbackA performance rating on a scale of 1 to ...
