This week, we’re starting a new series, the SellerEngine Mailbag. Here we’ll be answering some of the best questions we’ve received from users of Sellery, SellerEngine Plus and Profit Bandit.

“My wife and I are both FBA sellers. Can I purchase Profit Bandit and
have it on both of our iPhones?” – Steve
Of course! Remember that Profit Bandit is free to download and try out. You’ll need to create an account and a single paid subscription. Then use that account to sign in to Profit Bandit on both your iPhone and your wife’s iPhone.
You’ll only pay one monthly fee of $9.99 for unlimited scanning with Profit Bandit.
And this works if one of you is on Android and the other is on iPhone, too!

“Why are some of my Sellery Smart Lists in bold?” – Chris
Bolded Smart Lists are those that are currently being used in your Pricing Overview or Shipping Overview. Let’s take a closer look at this example to the left.
Here you can see several bolded Smart Lists, including No Competition, a Smart List of items where we’re the only one seller of the item.
Here’s what you’ll see if you delete that Smart List:
If you see this message and still want to delete that Smart List, start by heading over to your Pricing Overview and look for the Smart List.
I found it!
Now you can remove that section of your Pricing Overview or change it to reference a different Smart List and then go back and delete the Smart List. If you don’t find the bolded Smart List in your Pricing Overview, check in your Shipping Overview or in your Exports.
It’s that easy.

“Can SellerEngine Plus be installed on a server and be accessed by two computers at the same time?” – Kathy
Installing Seller Engine Plus on a server so that two employees can access it remotely through 2 simultaneous screen sharing sessions is not possible because SellerEngine Plus’s database is meant to be accessed by only one user at a time.
However, there is a solution that I think will work for you!
- Install Seller Engine Plus on two separate computers. One for inventory management/repricing and one for order management.
- On the computer used for order management, you’ll need to periodically download your listings from Amazon in order update prices and add new SKUs that are being created through the other computer.
- Make sure to periodically download your orders on the computer used for repricing so that you update quantities to avoid re-listing items which have been sold and are now out of stock.
Alternatively, take a look at our cloud-based repricing software, Sellery. Sellery can be accessed by multiple computers simultaneously from any web browser.
