Amazon.com Makes a New Push Into Nuts and Bolts – On Monday, Amazon launched AmazonSupply, a new site offering an incredible variety of hardware, including nuts and bolts, ball bearings, safety equipment and more! Read more about Amazon Supply in this official press release. There aren’t any 3rd party sellers on AmazonSupply now, but do you think there might be someday?
Amazon Blows Past Experts’ 1Q Profit Projections – Experts were predicting that Amazon would report profits of about 7 cents per share. They were just a bit off. When the dust settled Amazon had reported profits of 28 cents per share! Wow! Also announced are plans to add another 13 distribution centers around the world by the end of this year. Bet you FBA sellers are hoping there will be one close to you!
