A: At this time, the non-pro mode works only with US venue. All the information on the products searched will be from Amazon.com.
Q: How can I tell which version of the app I’m using?
A: The version number is displayed in the sign in screen or at the bottom of the Settings menu.
Q: How can I change my log in email address?
A: The email address of a non-pro mode account cannot be changed because it is the username. To change, you can cancel the current account and create a new one with the new email address.
Q: How much does the non-pro mode cost?
A: The non-pro mode costs $9.99 per month for unlimited scans. The charge will be applied automatically on the same day of each month.
Q: Can I try it for free before subscribing?
A: When you first sign up on your phone, you get 20 free scans to try out the app. When the free scans are used, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue scanning.

Q: What do the letters in brackets mean? What does the asterisk mean?
A: The letters in brackets next to offers, tell you the condition of the app. Eg: N – new; LN – like new; G – good. The asterisk means that the offer owns the Buy Box.
Q: What happens if I change my phone?
A: When changing the phone, all you have to do is to download the app from the App Store / Google Play Store and then sign in using the same account that you were using on your old phone.
Q: What are the OS requirements to use the app?
A: The minimum OS requirements are: iOS 7 or Android 4.0.3.
Q: What does the graph show me?
A: The graph shows the Price History of the product you searched for over the past three months.
Q: What kind of restrictions does the app show me?
A: If the restriction alert is on in Settings, the alert will pop up for items that are in gated categories, and you need approval from Amazon to be able to sell them.
Q: How do I choose the non-pro mode when I install the app?
A: When you create your account in the app on the phone, you are asked whether you have a Pro Merchant account or not. Selecting ‘Help me start scouting’ will take you to the Non-pro mode of the app.
