Browser Plug Ins for Amazon Sellers:
- Keepa.com – A browser plugin that shows price history for items on Amazon marketplaces, right on the Amazon product page.
- The Camelizer – A Chrome extension that shows CamelCamelCamel price data right in your browser.
- Price Zombie – Another plugin/extension that compares prices for products on dozens of sites, including Amazon, Target and Best Buy. Great way to see who has the best prices and look for online arbitrage opportunities.
- Blue Stacks – Not a plugin or extension, but a tool that allows you to emulate an Android phone on your computer. Lets you run Profit Bandit on your computer!
The Most Important Amazon Seller Metrics:
- Order Defect Rate (ODR) – Defective orders are those with negative feedbacks, A-to-z claims or credit card chargebacks. Keep your ODR under 1% to avoid a warning from Amazon. Our research shows that you’re likely to get suspended if your ODR hits 1.19%.
- Reply to Customer and Amazon Questions in < 24 hours – A fast reply to your customers’ and Amazon’s emails is essential. Reply quickly, or mark as “no response needed,” even on the weekends! This not only helps your metrics, but can help you win the Buy Box too!
What to do about Amazon Warnings & Suspensions?
- Make sure you understand the warning before replying. Email our Amazon experts, or post in our Facebook Group.
- Amazon isn’t looking for excuses and justifications. They want to know that you understand the issue, that you know how to fix it and most importantly, that you have a plan so that it never happens again.
