Feedback

A performance rating on a scale of 1 to 5 stars (5 being the best). The overall feedback score is displayed as a percentage on the offers page, as seen in the right hand side the image to the right. A more detailed account of recent and lifetime customer feedback is available in the seller’s storefront. Click on the seller’s name to access it.

A 4 or 5-star rating is positive. Anything below that will affect your performance, as described here. To find out how to improve your feedback score, please read this post.
