What if everybody was repricing using SellerEngine plus or Sellery?

I don’t understand how this works. If a million sellers use SellerEngine’s software to automatically reprice their inventory, how long before everyone is selling books for a penny?  It is impossible for everyone to have the lowest price on line, but it is possible for the price to drop to the point where it is not worth listing.

Competing with other sellers using repricing software is the reality of selling on Amazon today.

Sellery and SellerEngine Plus require you to create the rules that determine how you reprice your items. These rules will be different for every Amazon seller.

And there’s more to it than just the rules that govern how you reprice. There’s also identifying the competition that matters to you: only sellers with items in comparable conditions, only sellers with great feedback, only FBA sellers, etc.

SellerEngine’s Safeguards

Sellery, in particular, encourages you to upload accurate costs for all of your Amazon inventory. Using that information, as well as estimates of shipping costs and Amazon fees, Sellery calculates a minimum price that acts as a floor you won’t sell below.

Even if your strategy is to undercut other sellers (some of whom may be using similar software), you won’t just keep dropping to 0. Sellery will respect your floor price. Or you can even set a higher floor price to ensure that there’s more profit built into your items.
