Today Amazon announced a new API for Amazon sellers. The Subscriptions API has huge implications for sellers who actively reprice their inventories. Instead of checking your items to see if anything has changed, rely on Amazon to provide notifications of changes. Sellers will be able to react and update prices within minutes instead of hours.
According to Amazon’s announcement, whenever there is a price change or offer listing change for any of the top 20 offers, by condition (new or used), for an item that you sell, you receive a notification within 60 seconds of a price change or offer listing change.
