Is it possible to allow employees to use Profit Bandit on their own phones, but not have full access to our account? -Candace

Yes! As we talked about last week, it’s easy to share your Profit Bandit account with your employees.

An employee using Profit Bandit does not have any access to your Amazon account.

He/she is unable to list items or make any changes to your Amazon account. Your Amazon SellerID itself is actually not sensitive information (it can be found by visiting your Amazon storefront page and looking at the URL).

As long as your Profit Bandit login email address and password are different from your Amazon Seller Central login credentials, your employees have no access to your Amazon account.

To verify for yourself that your employees can’t list items from Profit Bandit, try this:

I have inventory in cases of 30 that I’d like to ship in on a pallet. Is there a way to create Case Pack shipments in Seller Engine? – Taylor

In the newest version of Seller Engine Plus we’ve added a feature that lets you specify case quantities when you’re adding items to a shipment.

If you’re using the Quick Add tab to add new items to inventory and shipments all you need to do is click the “Add Cases” checkbox next to the “Quantity” field, then specify the number of cases and how many units there are in a case.

If you’re using the Add options in the inventory management toolbar, in the New Inventory Item Window check the “Add to shipment” option under FBA Specific and you’ll notice that the “Add Cases” checkbox appears, click on it and you’ll get the options for specifying quantity in case and the number of cases you want to add.

I want to add a new product to my Amazon inventory. Do I do that from Sellery or in Seller Central? – Annie

You’ll want to choose one method or the other.

If you disable Sellery’s inventory management and add items via Seller Central, you’ll need to keep Sellery’s inventory management set to ‘off’ moving forward. It’s best not to toggle back and forth as inventory errors are more likely and in many cases, impossible to reverse.

Otherwise, you can add items to Sellery through the Receiving page or through a file upload.

That’s it for this week’s Mailbag. Leave your questions in the comments below and we’ll answer them next time!
