Starting tonight at 10PM Pacific Time (Portland, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, etc.), PayPal will be making some changes to their systems and you won’t be able to access your PayPal account. According to the PayPal Blog, this outage is planned to last about an hour (knock on wood).
During this time you won’t be able to sign up for SellerEngine Plus. Current users are unlikely to be affected in any way by the outage.
